The location was excellent and the host was super helpful and communicative. The host keeps everything very well equipped and spotless and for 1 person or 2 small people big enough. Host also had some thoughtful touches such as providing coffee, umbrella and other bits and pieces and we liked the quiet time rule at night which contributed to a very peaceful night's sleep. Also good that it was ground floor and single storey.
We felt the space was extremely small and if you used all the furniture fully, you could barely walk around the room which was like a bedsit and the bathroom sink was not suitable as it was so, so small and narrow! However, full photos were provided on the website before booking, we just didn't gauge the size properly in reality!

Hosts were great, excellent communication and very helpful. Quickly dealt with an issue with the plumbing. Easy access into Porthleven, comfy bed and good supply of tea, coffee and milk. Bonus croissants and jam in the fridge when we arrived. Nice and quiet, so slept well.
A little cramped with the sofa bed in situ, made it tricky to access things from our cases.

Great location close to the harbor, very clean and well presented, very peaceful deal for a couple for a short break.
Parking was a bit difficult but we managed to find a space down the road.

Great location. Comfy bed. Good shower. Outside patio which unfortunately never sunny enough for us to use. Useful info from host re local area.
Very tiny room. No view.
Insufficient storage, shelving etc.
Mix-up re use of sofa bed so no bedding available - had to wait nearly an hour for host to come from next door with duvet and sheets late evening.
Dreadful musty smell in cupboards under kitchen sink - had to wash crockery before use as completely tainted. Host unwilling to make small compensation for this.
Host didn’t pop in to check everything ok, or to say hello on arrival or goodbye on departure.
Disappointing stay.
