Very big and airy, lots of room, very clean and quiet.
Nothing really - gate a bit difficult to open but the boys were able to open it.

Clean comfortable great beds spacious modern
Acess - gate to parking space was awkward and difficult to open and close . Parking in surrounding roads very limited .
Despite my specific requests for cot and high chair - non evident on arrival took several phone calls messages to locate in property

The size of the rooms were very good but a bit dark and dismal colours.
Location was a very busy environment due to lots of nearby building work to the adjoining property and one directly opposite. Vans were parked all round the outside of the property from 0730hours each day with lots of noise. If we had known this beforehand we would never have booked. The kitchen floor needed a good clean. No kitchen roll was provided as it had an empty holder and surely a pint of milk could have been provided not the plastic sachets which were in the fridge. The outside area needed a good brush and the table needed a desperate clean!
