Apartment is nice, good value of money.

Location is accessible to public transportations,supermarket,shops and restaurants. Spacious and complete amenities.

There was ticking sound in one of the rooms, don’t know where’s it coming from, but we were able to sleep.

The space was surprisingly spacious, with large bedrooms, a very big kitchen, and a comfortable living room. The apartment is well equipped with heaters in all rooms, which made a big difference. The bed linen was clean and smelled fresh, contributing to a very pleasant stay.

Geht gar nicht!!!

Die Wohnung ist stark in die Jahre gekommen, und das gesamte Haus macht einen heruntergekommenen, beinahe baufälligen Eindruck. In der Küche fehlen die Griffe an den Schränken, in den Türen fehlen die Glaselemente und die Fugen im Treppenhaus bröseln bereits heraus. Insgesamt wirkt die gesamte Immobilie ungepflegt und dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Über solche baulichen und optischen Mängel könnte man unter Umständen noch hinwegsehen, wenn wenigstens die Sauberkeit stimmen würde. Genau das ist jedoch leider nicht der Fall. Bereits bei meiner Ankunft musste ich feststellen, dass sich zahlreiche Haare im Bett befanden, die definitiv nicht von mir stammen. Der Duschkopf ist stark verkalkt, auf der Seifenablage befinden sich deutliche Schmutzrückstände und der Küchenboden ist voller Flecken. Den Zustand der Toilette möchte ich an dieser Stelle gar nicht weiter ausführen. Es ist absolut inakzeptabel, eine Ferienwohnung in einem derartigen Zustand an Gäste zu vermieten. Gerade die Sauberkeit sollte eine Selbstverständlichkeit sein und darf nicht vernachlässigt werden. Der Eindruck, der sich hier vermittelt, ist leider der, dass mit der Unterkunft möglichst viel Geld verdient werden soll, ohne entsprechend in Pflege, Instandhaltung und Reinigung zu investieren. Alle Betten sind bezogen auch wenn man nur zu zweit kommt. Gleichzeitig steht in den Hausregeln die Bitte, dass man nur die Betten nutzt die man braucht, bedeutet das, dass alle anderen bezogen bleiben und nicht gewaschen ohne sicher zu wissen was alles darauf abgelegt oder gemacht wurde?! Ich bin von der Unterkunft absolut enttäuscht, einzig die Lage ist wirklich gut. Ich habe dem Vermieter geschrieben und um eine Reaktion gebeten. Diese bleibt aus.

Unterkunft nicht genutzt. Stornierung ist abgelehnt worden. 3 Nächte bezahlt und nicht bezogen. Der Name dieser Unterkunft ist zum Verwechseln mit dem „Aparthotel“ ähnlich. Diese Unterkunft ist privat und in einem ungepflegten Haus. Treppe für ältere behinderte Personen sehr gefährlich. Kein Aufzug. Schade, dass man hier keine Lösung finden konnte, um ältere behinderte Personen zu schützen bzw. schonen.
