Gorgeous building, beautifully presented. The staff are super friendly and helpful! The location is great and within walking distance to the most popular boroughs.

It was my birthday and the staff made a little surprise. The housekeepers, Erica, Isa and Fany also wrote messages, which I found really sweet. The front desk was also really helpful and made our stay very nice.

Location.
A lot of staff, a lot of people around the property… it was loud often from guests and staff hanging out in public areas and windows and doors were not sound proof. No AC.
