It was in a lovely residential neighborhood and the views were amazing!
1. When we arrived all the cups and dishes had to be washed as they had been used and put in their drawers without being washed and they were all stained
2. One of the solar lounges was unsafe, one of our party hurt herself trying to sit in it, that proceeded to rip and she fell through it on the cement. Normal use, after getting out of the pool
3. Toilets were not very clean when we arrived. While the bowl of the toilets had been cleaned out, the floors were dirty from previous use
4. We were told to check out at 10 so the cleaning team can start on the house. After we left the property manager called a member of the party (she had been the first to arrive, but not the one to book the accommodation) to complain we left the house dirty ( we hadn’t taken out the bins from the toilet and we left a black bin bag in the kitchen), that there was a sofa pillow left on the coffee table instead of the sofa, and a small cup on a corner table in the living room. She complained that we had washed the dishes and let them to drain instead of putting them in the drawers, and we hadn’t cleaned the bbq after use, which we also found dirty and took us 1 hour to clean before use. She also complained we ripped some umbrellas that had we haven’t used because they were already broken when we arrived. The only valid complaint was that one of the gates got stuck and we forgot to let her know as we were using the main car gate anyway since our party had cars rented.
5. To reach one of the bedroom (the loft one) you had to go through another bedroom and it wasn’t advertised and quite a surprise when we arrived.
Lovely area and the house has an amazing potential but by God the property manager is something else…

Die Lage ist phantastisch! Wir haben eine total entspannte Familienwoche dort verbracht und jede Minute genossen. Die Bilder der Unterkunft sind genauso wie es auch vor Ort aussieht.
Die Unterkunft liegt in einem privaten Bereich. Zugang hat man nur mit einem Transponder. Davon steht nur einer (!) zur Verfügung. Da wir mit sechs Personen vor Ort waren, musste schon sehr genau überlegt werden, wer den Transponder bei sich hat.
