The house is in a modern community, the title of the home matches its description perfectly. Lovey decor, welcoming home provided everything we needed to accommodate the six of us. They owner was very gracious thought of everything one needs, phones chargers in each room, night lights that turn on at the touch, the beds were supper comfortable, the towels were of high quality. The kitchen had all of the accommodations making it easy to cook, kitchen was stock with seasonings and water. We encounter a small problem with the door bell, but the owner responded the next day and got it fixed. The backyard is great to sit in the early morning sipping your coffee.
There isn't a think I can say that my family didn't like.

The AC is only in the living room. No AC or air vent of cool air to any other rooms within the house. It was so hot in the house on the day of arrival. The house was at 90° and the AC speed was so low and slow. It took hours for the living room to cool down and the bedroom was too hot to sleep that night. My family end up leaving the bedroom door open to even sleeping on the floor in the living room.

Clean, safe neighborhood, close to restaurants, quiet surroundings. We used as a home base to drive to Mt. Rainier.
It was warm in the area for our July stay so the AC was a bit underwhelming.
