A beautiful contemporary barn conversion with plenty of space for a large gathering. Fantastic location and views and on a secluded area.
We visited in a heatwave and found it very difficult to ventilate the bedrooms and main living room. It was extremely hot inside, especially in the bedrooms at night. Fans were kindly provided but didn’t help to cool the rooms. The kitchen was fantastic but feel the pots and pans need upgrading - newer pans with matching lids.

Modern and spacious, fantastic lounger and kitchen dining area, and views to die for, not least seeing the racehorses exercise every morning
The patio doors and window fastenings could do with an overhaul/replacement

The property is beautiful and and ideal for the celebration of my husbands 70th Birthday with family. Really well equipped in a stunning location.
