Would not recommend this as the agency does not find solutions and the apartment needs repairs.

The properly is remodeled but needs to be kept up and repairs need to be done. I made the agency aware of all damages. Reading through other reviews, the damages are not new. The location is central but can be noisy at times at all hours of the night.

From the start the link they sent to fill out the company billing details did not work. I gave alternatives to email the oficial invoice or creare one manually, but was told they could not and gave me no solution. We had no internet the entire stay and water was cut off one night until late the next morning. As for internet they were of no help and we were told they were not sure when it would be back on. Many things were broken (bathroom door did not shut, broken faucet, curtains, ect..). These same things have been mentioned over a year ago in other reviews so it seems if something breaks, it does not get fixed and over time the apartment needs many small repairs. I have requested a partial refund because of the internet and have been ignored. Booking has told me they have also got involved and are not getting a responses from them either. Not worth the stay! If you have any sort of issue they will not get resolved and you will waste your time trying to get answers.

El alojamiento estaba fantástico, la ubicación ideal y las instalaciones excelentes. Fuimos 5 personas y en ambas habitaciones y el salón tenían aire acondicionado y televisión. Incluso un baño por habitación. Mi estancia allí ha sido genial, repetiría mi estancia allí sin dudarlo.

Estuvimos un rato sin aire acondicionado hasta que nos enteramos de que las ventanas deben estar cerradas correctamente para que los a/a funcionen
