Zimmer war groß und die Lage des Hotels sehr zentrumsnah (nur ca.20 Gehminuten bis zum Platz der Republik). Es gab Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe.
Das FrĂĽhstĂĽck war sehr schlecht! Jeden Tag das selbe Angebot mit sehr wenig Auswahl. Es gab ausschlieĂźlich schwarzen Tee (keine andere Teesorte), es gab kein Brot (nur Lawasch), bei der Wurst gab es nur zwei Sorten. Der Kaffee schmeckte katastrophal und dass in Armenien, was fĂĽr seine gute Kaffeekultur weltberĂĽhmt ist.
