Good washing machine, different type of pillows for sleeping with different high, lock door code system with access any time, water drinking ready, clean kettle, sugar, tea bags, one time tooth brush
Responsive host that doing this business many years
In general many things that need even bathrobes available like in hotel

There is no normal big working table, near bedroom it’s just cosmetics table and on kitchen you can have little bit space considering that foods you need to eat somewhere else
So all apartment need real working table and ergonomic chair (this have one chair other one don’t have a chair but have nice view)
Noice from street because windows thin and soundproofing is low it’s not owner problem I think in general it’s construction building issues
In this apartment you can have neighbours view that’s why all windows closed
Not comfortable mattress very low high. Should be more soft higher mattress with water covered protection case for front and all sides from liquid. But with different high pillows makes more happy staying here
Don’t have small knife not kitchen only big one and spoon plus forks
Door to bedroom can’t be closed because house new and made some changes let’s say with walls size but nobody fix that door

Всегда останавливаемся в этом жилом комплексе, там много квартир в аренду. Нам там очень нравится: рядом много кафе, хорошая транспортная доступность, близко Мега. Конкретно в этой квартире всё было отлично: чисто, свежо, удобно. С удовольствием остановимся ещё раз, когда соберёмся в Алматы.
Вокруг может быть чуть сложновато с парковкой, но мы справились

Пребывание в этой квартире было идеальным опытом. Чистота идеальная, каждый уголок ухожен. Комфорт и уют создают атмосферу, словно находишься дома. Местоположение удобное, близость к магазинам и транспорту упрощает жизнь. Отзывчивый коллектив управляющих был всегда на связи, оперативно решая любые вопросы. В целом, пребывание было приятным, и я рекомендую эту квартиру для комфортного проживания.
