Located right within short distance to all amenities, it was easier for me to use a metro because it’s a 13mins walk to business bay metro station .. so it’s better for those without cars or the bus stop is as well 3 minutes walk away from the apartment, easy access to Dubai mall and Burj K..The apartment was so clean and elegant. Good for the price and best of all the great communication from the Citi home staff was very professional and great responses within a short time anytime . They helped us keep our luggage as we waited for the room to be ready . Very Informative.
Basically as well all know Dubai is one of the fasted growing cities and that comes with a disadvantage that construction is the Order of the day . So sometimes a bit of noise from the construction site but can be minimised by closing out the doors
