Five adults and four kids staying it was perfect for what we needed.

Very spacious, lots of seating for the whole group. Lots of crockery and glassware available. Big fridge and freezer for a large group’s food and drink, as well as plenty of oven space.
Excellent location as a short walk to either the seafront or the town centre. Beds were very comfortable and it was great to have an en-suite in 4 out of the 5 rooms. Great quality linen/towels.
Host was extremely responsive to any questions and couldn’t be more accommodating on our requests/queries.
We really enjoyed our stay and the whole group commented on the comfort of the house - the only tiny negative was that the guests in one of the bedrooms couldn’t get their window open which was particularly tough during a heatwave!

A large property in a good location with enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate the whole family
The property was poorly presented and looked a little run down. there was rubbish and weeds in the front garden. The windows where filthy inside and out and layers of muck underneath the beds especially the bedroom on the second floor
