Location. Nicely renovated. View. Facilities. Washing machine and dry rack.
The bed was lumpy, the mismatched sheets did not fit, the pillows were very lumpy and substandard. Through no fault of the proprietors, the heat wave made the apartment swelteringly uncomfortable. The single fan in the lounge area could not cope with that.
Be mindful, if you have more than a bit of light luggage, that you have to walk up alleys, up steps, and up 4 flights of stairs to finally perch on the top floor, where the view will dazzle. If you have a car, the parking building is close by enough, which helps. Overall a decent stay in the heart of perfume heaven. An armchair and much better bedding would make it just that bit more pleasant.

Location was great. Close to many restaurants and the parfumerie. Great views and nice new kitchen area.
Very lumpy pillows. Please replace!
A walk from the nearest car park to the accommodation then 7 flights of stairs. We needed more information about bus routes etc to Cannes, to the train station too.
They offered tea but no mugs for tea only tiny expresso cups!
And no dish cloth or scouter to do the dishes.
Our shower also almost flooded but seemed to fix itself.
The parking instructions for the private car parking option were quite complicated. so we opted for the public parking that was closer anyway.
