The apartment itself was good. Nice decor and clean. The owners were very quick to respond and were friendly. The space was really only good for 2 adults as it was so very small. The sofa bed took up too much of the living space, and was not very comfortable. Once the sofa was put back, we liked the space. The AC was effective.
The private parking space was a bonus in Cannes. Yes it was tight; but we managed to park a Mercedes E class with some careful manoeuvring.
The balcony was tiny, but hubby managed to put a chair out on it to sit with his drink.
We were not too keen on the building the apartment was in. It seemed there were families who were maybe living there in large numbers, who were a little ‘questionable’. For example, on returning our first night, the neighbours door was stood open, and all we could see were many fold-out beds, right to the entrance. It was unclear how many occupants there were. We suspected a HMO! It was not the only apartment in the building like this!
We went to the pool on 2 occasions and were dismayed to find many many children, with few adults, running amok in the pool. Women wearing clothing in the pool and people smoking at the poolside; despite signs saying this was forbidden. The pool experience was not relaxing as it should have been.

Licht in der Garage ausgefallen, Garagentor war Tag und Nacht auf
Balkontür ist defekt und dichtet somit nicht gut ab: dadurch sehr laut nachts wenn mann das Schlafsofa nutzt

L'appartamento ha tutte le dotazioni per la vacanza: la cucina è completa (anche lavastoviglie), kit di benvenuto per cucina e bagno, arredamento bello e funzionale, ombrellone e sedia per la spiaggia, macchina da caffè con benvenuto con capsule di caffè e biscotti, l'aria condizionata funziona bene. Il gardien del condominio è molto gentile e utile. Vicina alla spiaggia, al centro di Cannes e al quartiere Le Souquet (da visitare!).
