Schöner Sylt-Urlaub in traumhafter Lage

Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist fantastisch und der Ausblick in die Dünen ebenfalls.

Für mich persönlich (Alleinreisend mit drei Kindern) war das noch oben offene Zimmer nicht ganz praktisch, da die Kinder nicht geschlafen haben, wenn es unten nicht dunkel war.

Tolle Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung, aber trotzdem getrübte Urlaubsfreude

Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll - die Beschreibung verspricht nicht zuviel. Der Strand ist in der Nähe, es gibt freie Sicht auf die Dünen und in der Nähe sowohl einen Supermarkt als auch Gastronomie und eine Bushaltestelle. Die Ausstattung, vor allem der Küche, ist sehr gut. Die Wohnküche ist geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet.

Es gibt eine ganze Reihe von Dingen, die nicht so schön sind. Einige stehen in der Bewertung von Tomas, der offenbar unmittelbar vor uns da war (nur 1 Schlüssel, teure Bettwäsche, ein Schlafraum ohne Fenster, der Ton der Kommunikation). Nur die Geräusche im Dach waren nicht so störend wie dort beschrieben, obwohl es teilweise recht windig war. Der Schlafraum ohne Fenster hat auch keine Tür, sondern ist faktisch Teil des Wohnraums. (Das wäre eigentlich ein Ausschlußkriterium gewesen, wenn das vor der Buchung deutlich erkennbat gewesen wäre.) Er ist über eine schmale, steile Treppe zu erreichen, die man mit einem großen und schweren Koffer kaum bewältigen kann. Leider fehlen dort auch Haken oder Ablagemöglichkeiten für Bekleidung. Während unseres Aufenthalts (im November) haben sowohl das Treppenhauslicht als auch zwei Heizkörper nicht funktioniert, was innerhalb einer Woche nicht in Ordnung gebracht wurde. Die Reinigung der Wohnung war nicht besonders gründlich. Vor allem die ungeputzten Fenster waren ärgerlich.

Schöne liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Tolle Lage in den Dünen. Ruhig.

Hausverwaltung war eine Katastrophe. Vorab-Fragen zum Aufenthalt/zur Austattung werden nicht beantwortet. Die Kurtaxe haben wir bezahlt, aber die Verwaltung hat es versäumt, Gästekarten auszustellen, so dass kurtaxepflichtige Sachen vor Ort bezahlt werden mussten. Auf Nachfragen zu dem Thema stellt die Verwaltung sich tot und reagiert auf keine Mail. Tipp an die Eigentümerin: Verwaltung wechseln. Wohnung ist top, danke dafür!
