Situated approximately 6 km from Sarlat amidst serene surroundings, the property grants proximity to major tourist sites. The property offers ground floor space comprising a spacious living area, a well-equipped kitchen with panoramic views of the countryside, featuring essential appliances and a central island with seating, opening to a private terrace.
The dining area provides seating for guests and leads to a comfortable sitting area, complete with entertainment facilities and access to both front and rear terraces. Upstairs, a corridor with sliding cupboards serves the bedrooms.
