The apartment also has its own terrace and a spacious balcony. Due to the location of the property, it is necessary to have winter tires or snow chains in winter. The chalet is located on the heights of Talloires on the way up to the Col de la Forclaz. All local stores are about 5 km away in the center of the village of Talloires-Montmin by the lake or in the center of the village of Menthon Saint-Bernard.
