This rural vacation home in Sergeac, Dordogne, offers a spacious residence with various amenities for a comfortable stay. The first floor has a large living room with ample seating, a dining area with a table for 14 people and a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Also on the first floor is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the second floor, which is accessed via various staircases, you will find a further bedroom with en-suite bathroom and three further bedrooms sharing two family bathrooms. Outside, the property has a parking space, two covered terraces - one adjacent to the kitchen and the other to a bedroom - a spacious plot with lawns and an orchard as well as a private swimming pool measuring 12 x 5 m, which is secured by an alarm system and offers comfortable lounger seats on the wide steps. The depth of the pool ranges from 0.80 m to 1.80 m, ensuring a safe and enjoyable swim. The property is located in the Dordogne countryside and is closest to the small mountain villages of Sergeac and Thonac.
