there was a $35 daily fee for service. They did not do a good job of explaining the purpose of the fee. Also the parking fee was $55 a day!

Clean and comfortable room even though the square footage seemed too small at 345 sq ft or so for a king bedroom. I thoroughly enjoyed the room and breakfasts.

The staff looked miserable (besides errors restaurant staff) and had stank face every time I approached them, no one had change for my tips not even the valet, front desk, or restaurant. Didn’t make any sense.

The room was very nice and comfortable. We were able to walk and get food at times. Even though there is no free parking at the hotel, there was plenty of street parking, just needed to be mindful of the time since the street parking is only for two hours at a time. We were doing a lot of activities, so not at the hotel much during the day so the parking situation was manageable.

No complimentary breakfast and no free parking lot attached to the property. I was charged an extra ammenity fee of $70. When I booked, I was told that everything was included, including a resort fee. I spoke with front desk and she said they received a different amount than what I was charged on booking.com (about 70 less than what I paid). I was originally told by font desk staff that they put a hold on my account of $200 for any possible damages and that I would receive it back. I should have been told about their fee from the beginning so i could have told them and showed them I already paid and that the email said everything was included. It's not nice to be hit with a surprise charge, especially when I was already charged for it. My other issue is that they were not able to help me when I called. There should be some knowledge about why i was charged a certain amount to book but the hotel is saying they did not receive it all.
