Great view but couldn't enjoy the balcony

Location, clean, pricing was all great

Broke ceiling fan blade in living room, no patio chairs on balcony to enjoy scenery and being outdoors.

9 / 10

Beachfront, awesome views. If you stay on 3rd floor there is walkway to parking deck on level 3

Access to beach and parking. Everything within 10 minute drive, outlets and restaurants.

Only negative was figuring out where to enter to park the first day. I had to turn around and back up on busy road 3 times before finding correct entrance. This could be easily solved by stating on your instructions to enter parking at Seascape entrance. I thought my building was majestic sun and didn’t realize all buildings and shops were owned by Seascape.
