The photos do not do this place justice. It is gorgeous and cosy. Loved the powerful shower and wish I'd stayed another night to use the roll top bath!

This small ground floor apartment is suitable for a short stay. The bedroom is at the front and only a couple of metres from the road. This made sleeping with the window open impossible and there was no other way to have any fresh air in the room.
The bathroom is at the back of the apartment and a generous size.
The kitchen is small and has everything apart from a freezer compartment in the fridge. Bread, jam, tea, coffee and biscuits were provided by the host, which was a kind gesture.
We had great difficulty with the hot water supply in the shower although we followed the instructions given. We waited about five minutes for the hot water to come through. It was difficult to achieve the right temperature and the control was temperamental. We were also concerned about the amount of water that was being wasted. The tiles on the floor were slippery when wet and there was nowhere to put anything (no hooks or chair). There was also nowhere to put shower gel/shampoo/conditioner containers in the shower (and these were not provided); the liquid soap bottle on the washbasin was also almost empty.

Lack of a fan and controls on shower were difficult to execute despite excellent instructions
