Útulná chata se nachází ve velmi krásné lokalitě Broumova. Vybavení chaty je velmi pěkné a příjemné, v okolí je klid. V blízkosti restaurace i příroda Broumovských skal. Pohodlné matrace, čisté útulné pokoje, dobře vybavené.
Venkovní vybavení chaty je ve velmi špatném stavu a dalo by se určitě zlepšit. Venkovní židle jsou potrhané/ zlámané nohy a bojíte se, že se propadnete. Venkovní gril na uhlí je velmi malý, uhlí ani dřevo není k dispozici. V horní koupelně neodtéká sprchový kout, ve spodní koupelně je uvolněná záchodová mísa.

Wbrew opiniom miejsce czyste. Wiadomo nie zostało wysprzątane na błysk, ale nie przesadzajmy. Dobrze zaopatrzona kuchnia, żadnych skrzypiących łóżek nie było, a korzystaliśmy praktycznie ze wszystkich.
Nie udało mi się uruchomić sauny oraz boiler (gorąca woda) z przesyłem na piętro nie działał. W miasteczku niestety tylko jeden bardzo drogi sklep.
