Enttäuschend.

Vom Balkon aus sieht man den Dom und den Fluss. Die Aussicht auf den Ort und die Berge ist wirklich sehr schön. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen: nur wenige Meter vom Dom, einem Restaurant und Bäckern entfernt.

Auf dem Flur roch es abwechselnd nach Rauch und Pott. Über die Fenster drang ständig Grasgeruch in die Unterkunft. Dafür kann der Wirt nichts, aber auch die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Im Angebot wird von einem Pool gesprochen, doch dieser ist auf unbestimmte Zeit geschlossen. Er war es sicherlich auch schon bei Buchung. Angemeldet wurden 1 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder. Ein drittes Bett war aber nicht bezogen oder vorbereitet. Bereits einen Tag vor Abreise erhielt ich unter Androhung von Strafen eine Aufforderung, die Unterkunft pünktlich zu verlassen und die Schlüssel ordnungsgemäß zurückzulegen. Insgesamt empfand ich die Kommunikation als sehr unhöflich, wenn nicht sogar barsch.

Lage top…Studio ok…Angaben der Annehmlichkeiten nicht ok…

auf Grund dessen dass ich nur einen kurzen Aufenthalt hatte war das Studio ok…die Lage muss man als optimal bezeichnen…

Leider war das Studio sehr spärlich eingerichtet…was aber trotzdem für mich noch ok war…schade war auch dass das Schwimmbad bis auf weiteres geschlossen ist…ein benutzbares Schwimmbad war für mich außer der Lage mit der Grund warum ich dieses Studio gebucht habe…

Nicht empfehlenswert

Küche ist klein aber gut. Bad auch.

-Im Grundriss war eine Sitzecke eingezeichnet, die es nicht gibt. Zimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett fast ausgefüllt. -Schwimmbad ist auf unbestimmte Zeit geschlossen, was uns vorher nicht mitgeteilt wurde. Der Vermieter war nicht bereit uns einen Preisnachlass deswegen zu geben. -Gebäude ist sehr heruntergekommen, es riecht im Flur überall nach atem Zigarettenrauch, der auch ins Appartement zieht. -Bei offenem Fenster zieht der Zigarettenrauch rein, weil viele auf ihren Balkonen rauchen.
