Eileen of Mystic

Un soggiorno breve ma assolutamente indimenticabile! La casa, una splendida struttura del 1700, ti proietta immediatamente in un'altra epoca: la stanza era incantevole, atmosferica e curata nei minimi dettagli, proprio come tutto il resto della struttura. I proprietari sono due persone eccezionali, di una gentilezza e un'accoglienza rare, capaci di farti sentire coccolato dal primo all'ultimo minuto. Menzione d'onore per la colazione: buonissima, ricca e preparata con una cura straordinaria. È stato davvero come vivere un sogno, un posto meraviglioso dove spero di tornare un giorno!

The location was in a very quiet, lovely area — close enough to central Mystic for all the sight-seeing and “touristy” things, but not in the middle of a busy area. The property and staff exuded a quiet, calm peacefulness that makes for a very pleasant vacation experience.

Un accueil très chaleureux et un établissement magnifiquement décoré et meublé. On se sent immédiatement bien tant il y a de soin à vous recevoir. Aucune hésitation pour reserver !!!

We loved everything! The hosts, Erin and Josh, were very welcoming and friendly. There was a sweet, handwritten postcard in our room when we arrived, and it brought a smile to my face when I unpacked it at home in California. The breakfast was far and away our very favorite part of our visit! Erin BEAUTIFULLY prepares and presents the most wonderful, thoughtful breakfast we’ve ever had…..anywhere. It was straight out of a magazine spread, and every bite was fresh and delicious. Our two breakfasts at Eileen of Mystic were ‘experiences’……and in a beautiful, charming breakfast room we didn’t want to leave. Our room was perfect, but our bathroom was extra special. Just beautiful and pleasant to use, and to admire. There is even a nice yoga mat in the room, which was much appreciated. There are complimentary beverages, fruit, and bars to enjoy in the entry room, and it’s all fresh, and thoughtfully presented. We took coffee to the backyard and sat under a beautiful, old tree wondering about life at this farmhouse over the many years it’s been there. On our second morning, after enjoying breakfast the day before, we felt like kids on Christmas morning awaiting breakfast again. It’s THAT special. We walked straight down the street into town, and enjoyed the scenery and amazing, old homes along the way. Eileen is in a perfect location. We would definitely stay at Eileen of Mystic again!
