Lovely hostel and amazing staff. It's very clean with daily cleaning. Cleanliness is my number one priority when staying in a hostel or hotel. The beds were medium-firm and also slightly bigger than a UK single bed so felt v spacious.
I really appreciated the daily free shuttle bus to various beaches. The location is very central too. I stayed in the only 4 bed room of the hostel but really liked the layout.
The hostel is small and family owned. I liked that it wasn't a mega hostel and not aimed solely at a party crowd. Pretty chill and quiet compared to other hostels.
They have a strict no shoes indoors policy. I bought a pair of separate indoor only flip flops with me to use in the bathroom and toilets.

The property was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, and location was convenient. Even though it was an 8-person room, the layout was very spacious. Beds were comfortable and AC worked well. Bathrooms and common spaces were clean. The area was near all of the bars but still very quiet and safe. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. They gave me a welcome bracelet, organized my ferry and taxi, and were able to answer any questions. I didn’t take advantage of the shuttles, but they offered free transport to many of the popular beaches, which is super helpful for anyone who doesn’t feel comfortable on a bike. Free breakfast was available too. I absolutely recommend!

The beds are comfortable, there is a balcony and the view is great. I liked that it was just outside of the loud bit and the place is kept very clean!
You get lots of storage space with a big locker and even hangers.
Unfortunately one night another person in the dorm brought a stranger back into the room and brought them into their bed. The whole room had to listen to their ‘activities’ as they refused to leave despite being asked. The hostel has no security at night, the reception closes at 7pm and there is no one there watching or immediately on hand to help. Staff eventually did come and remove them but it took 40 minutes for them to answer the phone.
This is a mixed dorm just outside of the bars and clubs, there absolutely should be security at night to stop strangers coming in!
