Everything was great, the facility was in good condition, and it's a short walk to shops — max 10 minutes to the beach. It's also close to the TER station, so it's easy to hop over to Nice or Monaco :) No train noise at all, and despite being near a road, it was surprisingly quiet with the windows closed.
The price was absolutely worth it — great value for what you get. I'd recommend this apartment with no hesitation.
