Amazing apartment right across from the beach and within walking distance of Cannes city centre. Well equipped with all the essentials. The host was very helpful and always available. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back.

Cannes is een leuke stad en het strand was dichtbij. Ook het zwembad, de schone accommodatie en de vriendelijke, behulpzame gastheer waren pluspunten.
De accommodatie was erg klein, naar mijn mening geschikt voor maximaal twee personen en niet voor een gezin. De hoge heg rond de tuin gaf een opgesloten gevoel en door de muggenoverlast konden we er weinig gebruik van maken. Een smart-tv zou een fijne aanvulling zijn.

Karine is a fantastic host. Always easy to reach, friendly, and ready to answer any questions. The instructional videos she sent made finding and accessing the apartment extremely easy, and we really appreciated being able to arrange a very early check-in.
The location was excellent: very close to the sandy beach and within easy reach of central Cannes, yet pleasantly removed from the noise and bustle of the city. For a family with children, it was an ideal base for discovering Cannes and the surrounding area, allowing us to easily divide our time between the beach, the pool, eating at home and going out. This was also our first trip without a rental car, and we were very happy with how convenient it was to get to and from the apartment using public transport or by foot.
The apartment itself was very clean, well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. It feels like a lovely little garden hideaway, with a small private patio that extends the living space outdoors and makes the apartment particularly pleasant in the evenings. Being on the ground floor, there is no view, but this is exactly as presented in the listing and, for us, the direct connection with the garden atmosphere was part of its charm.
We also particularly enjoyed the large terrace and the beautiful garden surrounding the pool, a peaceful place to spend some time with a book and a nice escape after exploring Cannes.
We stayed for only three nights, so this was not really an inconvenience for us, but space can become a little tight for a family of four travelling with two large suitcases. We occasionally had to open them in the middle of the room and then find somewhere to store them afterwards.
