The apartment is located on the outskirts of the city in a very quiet area. The host, Sofia, was extremely nice - she handed us the keys and thoroughly explained how to get around the property. We also had great contact with her via email throughout our stay. The terrace offers a beautiful sea view. The apartment consists of a large living room with a dining area and 3 bedrooms of sufficient size. A crucial feature was the air conditioning in every room - without it, surviving July in Spain would have been nearly impossible. The kitchen was well-equipped. The 2 nice bathrooms were also a great convenience, which was crucial for a group of 6 people. A huge plus is the fantastic, large swimming pool within the residential complex, which wasn't crowded even during the high season. There was a lifeguard there ensuring safety, and the pool was divided into zones for swimmers and non-swimmers. Umbrellas and a shade-providing tree are available around the pool area, so we didn't even need to use the umbrella provided in the apartment. Additionally, the nearest beach wasn't crowded either, which made our time there very enjoyable. It was also great to have a garage at our disposal, as finding a free parking spot outside the building was nearly impossible. Finally, the location was an excellent base for visiting nearby places like Nerja or Frigiliana, which we highly enjoyed. Overall, good value for money.
You can tell that the building itself and the elevators have seen better days. Although it is close to the beach, the walk back involves a rather steep uphill climb. During our stay, the nearest supermarket (a 15-minute walk away) was under renovation, so we had to drive to do our grocery shopping. The garage itself was a bit cluttered with the owners' belongings, making it difficult to use. Additionally, the mattresses in the beds were too soft for us. Some household items also need replacement, as the iron was dirty, the drying racks were worn out, and some kitchen items (like pans) were in poor condition. Lastly, a practical note for future guests: the hot water and kitchen stove run on bottled gas. The gas cylinder ran out during our stay, so we had to replace it ourselves with a spare one provided on-site.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bietet alles, was benötigt wird um einen entspannten Urlaub zu genießen. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist wunderschön- wir haben das tägliche Frühstück mit Blick auf das Meer sehr genossen.
Die Lage ist sehr gut- bis zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten. Es gibt zahlreiche und leckere Restaurants in der Gegend. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen!
Sofia war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns alles sehr gut erklärt.
