It’s very nice and cozy place to stay. The pool, the territory, the sun-beds by the pool - everything nice. 5 -7 min walk to the sea
No microwave in the apartment. The frying pan was not usable. Some kitchen utensils were missing - However we bought missing things and were happy.

Douche sans rideau (surprenant) mais cest culturel
Il y a de l eau partout mais elle s évacue seule dans la bonde qui est au milieu de la sdb et ca sèche tres vite
Ustensile et nécessaire pour la cuisine tres rudimentaire
On a du dder a l accueil un saladier un verre et couteaux
Accueil en journee a la réception un peu froid et impersonnel
Je le précise mais ca ne m a pas dérangée puisque j'avais déjà en tete tout ce quon avait a faire sur l ile

It is very close to the beach, as well as to the centre, so one can easily buy stuff, find tavernas, souvenirs, anything you need. The rooms are all right, I especially liked the balcony, even though we were on the ground floor, but both our rooms opened to the balcony, the pool was right there, the view was very nice. The parking lot is good sized, never had problems finding a place. (it's dirt, not paved, so expect dust)
The room had such a placement that we never had to use the AC, it was pleasantly cool all the time.
By the location, and having been in Malia before we knew to expect loud youngsters, so they were less of a bother, but expect people to be arriving home at all hours from clubs, and being loud, talking, laughing.
I was happy with the water pressure, less so with the fact that during our stay there seemed to be a problem with the hot water, as in, there wasn't any. One had to go to the reception to tell them, and they fixed it, then it was gone again the next afternoon. It happened once in the first week, twice in our second week and every single day on our last week. No explanation was given.
The room service seemed a bit ad hoc, as if the staff weren't always sure what to do. First time they changed the sheets in my daughter's room, but not in ours, then they replaced our towels and gave only big towels, I had to ask for the drying rack, and once they took our broom and dustpan, so I had to ask them to give us one.
The cooking stove is electric, and it's probably on its way out, because it can barely bring water to boil, let alone oil. It takes forever to cook something on it.
These were not great inconveniences, they do not ruin a holiday, but they grate, especially at the price you pay for the room. I felt that the quality-price ratio is off.
