The woman at the reception and the staff we had the opportunity to contact were very kind and helpful.
They did not want to use the bank terminal and asked for a cash payment. They explained that they had a problem with "Booking.com" getting their money, which I thought was a poor excuse.

Като цяло,посрещането беше добре.Но като се настанихме в стаята,се оказа че миризмата вътре беше непоносима.Мислехме че е от непроветряване,оказа се че идва от банята, където тръбата за отводняване на тоалетната не беше уплетнена,при заустването.Като че ли цялата миризма от канализацията,се беше събрала в стаята.
И другото,в стаята липсваха чехли,за еднократна употреба.
Това са проблемите, като най отвратителна беше миризмата.
Като цяло, миризмата!
