Ticked our main boxes: 2 separate rooms, each with a bed for 2, kitchen, parking place. Looked decently clean.
The 2 bedrooms were actually one room separated by a wooden wall, the second bed was a couch uncomfortable for adults but decent enough for kids, not sure how clean the dishes were (we were asked in an unpleasant way by the cleaning lady to was them and put them in the cupboard at the end of our stay - so, if the previous tourists do not clean them properly you might end up with shady dishes). It takes 15 to 20’min walk to get to the city center. Google maps does not bring you in front of the building - we had to do some investigation work/ call the property.
