Przede wszystkim lokalizacja. Obiekt znajduje się w otoczeniu lasu, na klifie z którego rozpościera się widok na morze. Można wyjść z kawą na taras i siedzieć, siedzieć i siedzieć. Nawet deszcz nie przeszkadza, bo można się tu odciąć od zgiełku miasta i ludzi. W pokojach czyściutko, w łazience pachnące ręczniki, aneks kuchenny z podstawowym wyposażeniem. Serdecznie polecam

Die Lage war top, es war modern und sauber.
Es war komisch im Seniorenheim zu landen und dann erst zu erfahren, dass die Zimmer auf dem Anwesen eines Seniorenheimes liegen. Strand ist zwar nah aber in der Luftlinie, nicht wirklich zu Fuß, man muss zu Fuß sicher 15 Minuten laufen, darunter mit einer langen Treppe hinab und dann auch wieder hinauf… Ältere oder Rollstuhlfahrer können es vergessen…
