Very difficult to enter property though I was sent a video, door was terribly stiff & it took time & patience
Flat was nice but a long way between bathroom & toilet. Toilet been situated at far end of flat & there was no hand washing basin there which I found unhygienic.
We were not informed of major roadworks right outside the flat with a lot of noise early morning.
While I arrpeciate those works needs doing I feel as we should have been informed, otherwise nice apartment, just small issues that can be fixed

The location was good however there was no local supermarket nearby
The toilet didn’t have a sink in it to wash your hands . We had to walk to bathroom in the main bedroom to wash our hands . It really needs a sink .

It’s a very comfortable, warm, and fully equipped little apartment. Clear check-in instructions. A good location in terms of the city center and the train station.
There was some noise in the evening and early in the morning from the bar/tabac across the street due to customers and deliveries, so the bedroom window can only be opened slightly. However, this didn’t really disturbed us.

The flat is in an excellent location, right next to Chantilly train station, which makes it incredibly convenient — only about 30 minutes from Paris Gare du Nord. The space is a good size for a couple and has everything needed for a short stay.
There were several issues that affected our experience. The flat wasn’t very clean, with a noticeable amount of dust. The sofa bed is only suitable for a small child, not a taller teenager, and there was no bedding provided for it. Although the listing mentioned the possibility of using the underground car park for a small fee, this option wasn’t available to us. Fortunately, parking in Chantilly is free in August; otherwise, we would have faced significant extra costs.
Lastly, it would have been helpful to be informed about the extensive roadworks around the property. Access to the flat is limited, and the noise starts early in the morning.
