Struttura nuova, stanza accogliente ed ampia. A/C perfettamente funzionante. Personale cortese e professionale. Piscina e zona solarium non posso valutarle in quanto mai utilizzate. Zona comunque con una buona presenza di servizi (bar, ristoranti, farmacie, eccetera). Supermarket poco distante ma serve l'auto.

La zona, benché permettesse di muoversi agevolmente verso il mare e Pescara, non è proprio il top; faceva molto periferia. L'arteria di scorrimento (Via Vestina) è piuttosto trafficata a qualsiasi ora. Poche dotazioni (strofinacci, pulizia del cucinotto). Colazione un po' "mhe".

Ottima la posizione molto tranquilla e silenziosa,abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno nel più totale relax secondo me questo è il suo punto di forza perché comunque la struttura è vicina a qualunque servizio che può essere supermercato,spiaggia o centro commerciale fondamentale l’auto,ma veramente avevamo tutto vicino!!!Lo Staff Il massimo della cortesia e della professionalità tutte persone discrete,mai invadenti e sempre gentili e disponibili.Enzo,il proprietario una persona molto cordiale e super disponibile!! Ci ritorneremo di Sicuro!!! Ahh dimenticavo la Colazione 🥞 veramente tutto Squisito😍!!
