Kontakt z właścicielem był bardzo dobry i błyskawiczny.
Apartament był czysty (choć fugi w kabinie prysznicowej mogłyby zostać dokładniej doczyszczone).
Meble były w bardzo dobrym stanie.
Pościel i ręczniki były czyste, pachnące i w świetnym stanie.
Kuchnia jest dobrze wyposażona (znajduje się w niej nawet ekspres na kapsułki). Warto zabrać z domu lub kupić na miejscu gąbkę i płyn do naczyń.
W każdym pomieszczeniu znajduje się telewizor.
Internet działał bez zarzutu.
Klimatyzacja bez problemu radziła sobie nawet przy temperaturze 30°C.
Opinie o schodach na trzecie piętro są nieco przesadzone – ich pokonanie nie stanowi większego problemu.
Lokalizacja jest świetna do zwiedzania miasta. Dodatkowym atutem jest bliskość stacji kolejowej Genova Piazza Principe.
Wieczorem droga do apartamentu jest dobrze oświetlona. Nie czuliśmy się tutaj ani przez chwilę niebezpiecznie, mimo że takie opinie pojawiają się w niektórych wcześniejszych recenzjach. Okolica jest typowa dla całej dzielnicy Porto Antico – wąskie caruggi są charakterystyczne nie tylko dla tego miejsca, ale dla całego centrum. Owszem, niektóre budynki wyglądają na zaniedbane, jednak podobnie jest również kilkaset metrów dalej. Sam budynek, w którym znajduje się apartament, jest natomiast w bardzo dobrym stanie.
Naszym dzieciom pobyt spodobał się do tego stopnia, że stwierdziły, iż mogłyby tu zamieszkać na stałe. 😊
Musiałbym się bardzo czepiać by coś takiego skoczymy skazać. Dlatego napiszę, że się podobało wszystko.
Może poduszki mogłyby być bardziej miękkie ;)

The apartment itself is very nice, freshly renovated, clean, the beds are comfortable and the shower is great. It is right in the middle of the old town, perfect location to explore the city.
It is quite dark inside, there is no view as you are overlooking the building in front of you which is very run down. The location is handy to explore the city but I didn’t feel very safe returning home in the evening with young kids. Also, like most of the apartments in the old Genova, there is no elevator. We had six bags and we were at the third floor. I would not recommended it if you are travelling with a lot of luggage.

Mi é piaciuto tutto. Lascerei un suggerimento: aggiungerei uno specchio e lascerei delle bustine di zucchero :-)
