Apartment was basic, but seem to be renovated almost all over, so everything was in working condition: water heater, shower, minibar (refrigerator), TV, air conditioner. Beds were okay too. Room was clean. Central location - very close to the river, to the city promenade, to the center, supermarket, banks. Walkable distance from / to Roman antiques, from / to bus station, park and Zoo.
Apartment sits right upon the restaurant (the same owners run it) and there are quite steep high steps which can be tricky for people with luggage or older ones. Apartment is really small, the room and the bathroom, both. We staid for 2 nights only so it was OK, but I'd feel claustrophobic for longer stay.
