Goede locatie. Privé zwembad. Airco.
Borden, glazen, bestek was niet al te proper. Matrassen waren hard.

De buitenruimte. Binnen lekker koel. Locatie lag wat achteraf wat we fijn vonden en toch in de buurt van het strand en supermarkten.
Niet goed schoon, bv onder de badmat, interieur gedateerd en heeft wat TLC nodig, afwasmachine maakte niet goed schoon, bbq was echt vies. Harde matrassen.

La maison est spacieuse et agréable : grandes chambres, 2 salles de bains, grande terrasse avec plusieurs espaces. L’environnement autour est très calme.
Elle se situe à tout juste 2kms de la magnifique plage de Marinha et très proche de Benagil et Carvoeiro.
Aux alentours on trouve toute les commodités utiles: boulangerie, supermarché…
Le personnel en charge de cette maison est très réactif aux demandes.
Quelques détails pourraient être améliorer : mise à disposition de torchons de vaisselle, de sacs poubelles, un peu plus de vaisselle (verres, assiettes…), de parasols vers les transats quand le soleil est haut.
Quelques poteaux électriques disgracieux perturbent la vue mais rien de catastrophique.

The pool area was great and being able to check in at 11am instead of the standard 4pm check-in was extremely helpful and made a significant difference to our stay. The property has potential but needs more attention and hands-on management.
Unfortunately, we saw multiple rats around the property on different days and rat droppings both outside and inside the house, including under the kitchen sink. The furniture and appliances are old and some were not particularly clean or functional. The property's location is also not accurately shown on the map, which made it difficult to find, especially if relying on taxis. We also experienced an electrical issue and a power outage during our final night. We contacted management, but they only responded after we had already checked out and no solution was provided.
