It’s a new modern property.

Very clean modern room and bathroom. Good location for the facilities in town.
A heated towel rail, other than that all was perfect

The room was extremely comfortable, comfortable bed and decent shower. The people who worked at check-in were friendly helpful and polite and gave me a quiet room as requested which was fantastic. The hotel is in the perfect location very close to the seafront, about a 2 minute walk.
The cleaning, the room hadn’t been hoovered before my stay, there was hair and lint around the edges.
For £17.95 the breakfast is a buffet, the buffet was fine, but it would be nice to have options cooked to order and a selection of coffees made with alternative milks. This is one of the most expensive hotel breakfasts I’ve paid for but the least value for money.

No window in room, gloomy feel to our room.
