Fantastic views from sea room. Modern, fresh, spacious and clean. Parking and breakfast/restaurant area. Close by (short drive) to good restaurants and Beau Vallon.
The approach road to the villas is not for the faint-hearted. No restaurant service on a Monday.

Sunbird Villas is a beautiful property located in the north of Mahé Island, up on the mountain, offering breathtaking views over the ocean. Our room was large, spacious and very comfortable, with a lovely kitchenette where we had everything we needed, including coffee and tea.
One of our favorite parts was the beautiful terrace, where we could relax every evening and enjoy the most amazing sunsets. It was the perfect place to slow down, take in the spectacular view and simply enjoy the beauty and tranquility of Seychelles.
But what truly made our stay special was Cécile, our wonderful host. She is such a warm, kind and genuinely caring person, always making sure that we had everything we needed and that we felt comfortable and welcome.
We were also fortunate enough to experience authentic Creole cuisine prepared according to Cécile’s own recipes. The food was delicious and gave us a wonderful taste of the local flavors and traditions. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay and made the experience feel even more authentic and personal.
The entire staff reflected the same warmth and hospitality as Cécile — friendly, attentive and always ready to help.
Sunbird Villas is much more than just a beautiful place to stay. It is a place where you feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The combination of stunning ocean views, comfortable accommodation, unforgettable sunsets, delicious Creole cuisine and, above all, wonderful hospitality made our stay truly memorable. Another great advantage is the convenience offered by the property, as they can arrange your airport transfer and also rent you a car, making everything much easier from the moment you arrive.
Thank you, Cécile, for making us feel so at home and for giving us such beautiful memories of Seychelles.
We would happily return and highly recommend Sunbird Villas to anyone looking for an authentic, peaceful and memorable Seychelles experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The accommodation was very clean, nicely furnished, and offered an absolutely fantastic view of the Indian Ocean.
We were welcomed so warmly that we felt at home right away. Breakfast was generous and beautifully arranged with local fruit, and dinner was also excellent at very fair prices.
A special mention goes to Ashik, who anticipated our every wish throughout our stay. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive — always with a smile and great energy. He was a real highlight of an already lovely stay.
Also worth noting: there's a wonderful, quiet beach right across from the property, perfect for swimming and snorkeling — no need to travel anywhere else (we tried other beaches and it really wasn't necessary!).
The owner, Cecile, is also extremely friendly, helpful, always approachable, and full of great tips.
Highly recommended!
The only thing we missed was a small kitchenette for self-catering.

Modern and spacious rooms with the balcony for sunset views. We really enjoyed our stay, the owner and the stuff members were very welcoming, and they also have a cute doggie. The whole territory is full of flowers and trees, you can see fruit bats hanging. It’s so peaceful and close to the beautiful beach.
