Do not recommend. The owner isn’t a kind person at all.

Located in a good area.

One of the bathrooms had an issue with the door handle. We were not informed of it in advance. One night when we arrived late and very tired, we noticed the bathroom was locked and the handle was almost broken - it was around 9:30 pm. We called and texted the owner many times, but no answer was given. Many guests had all their toilet stuff inside, so there was no option to take a shower in the other bathrooms. We used all the keys available, cards and even a knife, but the door was not opening. We had no other option but to call a handyman (locksmith) to fix it, who arrived at almost 11 pm. The receptionist of the building told us that issue happens often, and she also could not get the owner on the phone. He charged us 120,000 COP and we sent the invoice to the owner. He told us we should have waited for his response the next day (who asks that???), that the door didn’t need any further repairs, that we brought a person in the apartment without his permission, and that we was not going to refund us. He wasn’t responsive enough and much less empathetic or kind to us. He simply stopped responding to my messages, even though I was asking nicely for his reimbursement for a service he should have gotten before (as it wasn’t the first time that happened). I am a 100% sure that if we had damaged the door somehow, we would be asked to pay for the repair - so the owner lacked any integrity and understanding. The bathroom in the main room also was very stinky.

Nice apartament, great view

Nice, spacious apartment but for max. 9 person. To accomodate more is very difficult. Great ocean view Shops nearby

The reservation assumes payment on site, but the property expects transfers to be made in advance. There's also an additional fee at the building's reception, which wasn't disclosed in advance. The owner confirmed that 14 people could be accommodated, but there was no way to fit the fold-out beds in the rooms, and there was no bedding for them.

A very pleasant stay!

Great Location, the apartment is big enough and very comfortable with a beautiful view to the sea

We enjoyed our stay and the apartment has many positive aspects. However, a few areas could benefit from some maintenance and restoration. With these small improvements, the experience would be even better.

La vista es lo máximo!!! La atención del personal es maravillosa y te reciben calurosamente, el penthouse es espectacular, limpio y ordenado

De pronto el check-in si se pudiera no tan tarde, sería genial que lo puedan modificar tipo 2 de la tarde, ayudarían mucho.

L'appartement est bien situé, il est spacieux et tout près de l'océan. Et il y a beaucoup des restaurants près de l'appartement où on peut manger bien et à bon prix.

L'appartement n'était pas trop propre et un peu mal entretenu. Le climatisation d'une des chambres ne fonctionnait pas bien et ceci est très important pour dormir quand on est dans un endroit si chaleureux.
