I would actually give it an 8.5 not an 8, but it didn't give me an option to do so. Space was good for 2 people. The bathroom was tiny, but had a heated floor, so that was nice. Shower was good, had good water pressure. Has most things utensils/crockery/pots and pans we needed for self catering. Location wasn't far from the main station about 15 minutes, but it just took longer with our luggage and having to pick the key up along the way. Tulu was very responsive when we asked questions.
The pillows for us were uncomfortable. No bedside tables or shelf to put stuff on, but had a wardrobe to unpack if you wanted to. The ad for the apartment said the washing machine was in the kitchen. This is incorrect. The washing machine is in a laundry room and the machines also needed a good clean, but were free to use, which was good. The blinds in the lounge didn't work properly and were broken and they also let the light in, so blockout blinds would be better. The apartment is tired and requires some maintenance, eg painting and lights, but otherwise we would stay again.

The Checkin checkout process is bad .. u need to collect keys from a store that’s 12 min walk from the appartment! We arrived with luggage and was very inconvenient.
