First, they made no effort to communicate through booking.com and instead chose to use WhatsApp. Given the climate of today I tried repeatedly to reach out through booking.com with no answer until it was too late to change our booking. I will be the first to admit we made a mistake with our booking and instead of being understanding they charged us the full rate dispute the fact we were not in the country and somehow magically did not respond before it was too late. I would love to have stayed here because it seemed lovely but the communication was so poor and the service so abysmal I ended up booking a different property altogether for the dates we needed. I would absolutely never recommend someone to stay here due to the horrible communication, lack of customer service, and a reasonable level of understanding.

Great apartament

Nice place to stay, free parking available, close to supermarkets, close to the center, everything you need you have in the apartament. Beds and linen were comfortable, kitchen appliences available (we stayed with a baby).

These are not people you can trust

Arriving at the apartment, there was no indication which one the apartment is, so we called them. They said they will not give us the keys unless we register using some link sent on WhatsApp (it was from another phone number as the one listed on the site). We did not accept this for security reasons. They said then that we can cancel and they will give us our money back. We cancelled, but we did not see any money back. Moreover, we contacted them several times through booking and they did not answer.

Spaziosa; ben pulita; sita in un quartiere silenzioso; ben riscaldato

Nulla

Vicino al centro, servizi in zona (trasporto, supermercati) e tanti parcheggi gratuiti nelle vie vicine, io ho trovato posto proprio sotto casa.
