The space We only take one booking at a time and so whether you are 1 or 16 people, you will have the house, with all of the principal rooms to yourselves. Guest access All spaces are huge and guests have exclusive access to a newly renovated kitchen and informal dining area, a formal dining room and a drawing /sitting room. The house is set on a 500 acre private estate and working farm and guests are welcome to walk everywhere except where there is livestock. Other things to note We are happy to help and advise our guests in any way we can, including recommended restaurants, pubs, walks, mountain biking, horse riding, kayaking and world class surfing. We don't permit weddings and the maximum number of guests in the house at anytime is 14 without prior permission.
