We are up the mountain at a higher elevation, yet only 5 minutes from the beach. We have high powered adjustable ceiling fans and there is a cool breeze throughout the house. Temperatures sit in the 70s during the day and down to 60's at night for a restful sleep. In comparison Kona Town is usually in the high 70's - 90's. *note we have poured our focus into renovating our interior units and are currently working on the exterior driveway area. For those who are interested in learning to surf, your host Brad is a highly experienced surfer and offers private surf lessons to our guests. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced surfer looking to improve your skills, Brad can offer personalized instruction tailored to your needs and abilities. Please inquire in advance if you're interested in taking surf lessons during your stay. No smoking is allowed inside the apartment or on the property. Smoking is strictly prohibited. No parties or large gatherings are allowed on the property. We have a strict policy against any kind of partying or loud behavior that may disturb our neighbors or other guests. Quiet time is from 7:30 pm to 8:00 am. During this time, we ask that guests keep noise to a minimum to ensure the comfort and privacy of all guests on the property. Additional overnight guests must be approved by the host. Any guests who are not registered must be approved in advance by the host. An additional fee may be required for extra guests.
