About this villa rental
Built in 1650, this historic home of the doctor was very important to the village. Located in the old town, it is within walking distance of a bakery, a hair salon, a massage and nail salon, three bars, and a wine bar, as well as a post office, a produce shop, and a general grocery store. Just a short walk away, there are two excellent restaurants (reservations recommended). One serves fish, pasta, and pizza, while the other is well-known for its meat dishes, with Bistecca alla Fiorentina as a specialty.
The beach is 30 minutes away. Easy access to all major attractions, including the Cinque Terre, and just 55 minutes from Pisa Airport, Lucca, Parma, and Genoa. Two hours from Florence.
Located just off the church square, where you’ll find free parking.
Free parking at the Aulla train station for easy access to the Cinque Terre. The last train back from La Spezia departs at 8 p.m.
There is a large garden with a swimming pool and a sun shower. Sun loungers and umbrellas. BBQ available (subject to fire safety regulations). A wine cellar off the garden to cool off or gather with friends. Terrace with a pergola overlooking the pool. Upstairs terrace off Room 1 for breakfast and al fresco dining. Two lounge areas to relax. Wood-burning stove for the cooler months. Some books and games available to borrow during your stay.
