A charming & spacious two story- four bedroom home that can accommodate families, friend groups, couples, and 4 legged friends! Centrally located near restaurants, parks, and our next door neighbor, Duluth. Located just a few minutes from Barkers Island & walking distance to the University of Wisconsin-Superior.

This property on Hammond Avenue had beautiful character and marvelous location for both Duluth and activities in Superior. The living room, dining room and kitchen spaces were perfect for our large group and we all managed well with one bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped. The game room was a treat! Andrew answered all of my questions quickly and was a wonderful communicator. I would definitely recommend this home.

The Host was quick to respond when I messaged. It’s a good amount of space and the game room kept our 7 year old occupied.

The home was unique and there was plenty of gathering space. Our daughters enjoyed having their own cozy bedrooms and experiencing the area anf home in general.
