About this house rental
Bring the whole family (and the boat!) to this great place with lots of room for fun. Pet Friendly home with a doggie door and huge fenced yard. Miles of hiking trails. Poe’s Ridge boat ramp is across the street. 180 miles of Jordan Lake coastline to enjoy. Short drive to anywhere in the triangle: Pittsboro, Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill. This house sits on a wooded, peaceful, and private 2.27 acre property with 2 other Airbnb properties.

The property was clean and spacious inside with a big back deck and fenced yard with firepit area (we didn’t use either as it was damp and rainy). We were driving 2 trucks and pulling a 25’ center console boat and that proved tricky, but managed to fit both (very tight with no room to spare). Having some added details in the listing on what’s available with the rental would be helpful. (1 Smart TV, WiFi, Washer/Dryer, drip coffee maker, crockpot, instant pot, Microwave (2), linens, towels, soaps, etc). Communication was good until check in day when we asked if we could park 1 vehicle at the house around 1pm while launching our boat (check in was 4pm). Didn’t get a reply for a couple days. We ended up paying to park it at the boat ramp. There was no TV remote laying out anywhere. We looked in the TV cabinet and found one in a box & found batteries & got it programmed. WiFi was out last morning of our stay. Most rentals we’ve used leave a copy of basic info in the house like what’s close by (grocery/food), passwords, checkout instructions, etc. which would have been helpful. Very close to 24 hour Poe’s Ridge Boat Ramp, which had 4 ramps and 1 dock with ample trailer parking and 1 port-a-potty. Pay as enter (7) unless you have park pass to display. We saw several park rangers driving thru the lots over our stay. All in all a clean place with amole amenities in a good location for someone planning to be on the lake.

Went to Pittsboro for family wedding .the house was great! Lots of space, plenty of room for 7 of us to visit, get ready, etc. Very clean, and the owner was very responsive. Pretty location.
