Kobza Haus Cottage is a charming studio with 2 queen beds, sleeping up to 4 with a full bathroom. Situated in the heart of Round Top, you will be just steps away from wonderful shopping, dining, and antiques! Perfect for short or long-term getaways! Follow us on IG- @kobzahausroundtop - If you're looking for more space, consider booking our main house, Kobza Haus, which is on the same property as The Cottage. Sleeping up to 6 people, this property is perfect for a girl's getaway or a family gathering. You really can't beat our location! - Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement. - When the antique show is not going on, (October & March) not all restaurants and shops are open Sunday-Wednesday! Please note this when booking if you are coming for shopping! Located in the heart of town. You'll have access to the entire cottage, front and back yard spaces. When both spaces are rented, we ask that you kindly give each other privacy and respect. Parking is located right in front of the cottage and can fit up to 2 cars. Additional parking is available on the street if needed. BEDROOM - Studio- 2 Queen beds - Room darkening blinds BATHROOM - 1 full bath- shower/tub combo - Shampoo, conditioner, body/hand soap, towels, and hairdryer OTHER - Microwave - Keurig (k cups provided with creamer and sweetener) - Coffee mugs - Mini-fridge - Iron and iron board provided ENTERTAINMENT + WORK - Smart TV - Log in to any app of your choice with your own login - Wireless internet OUTDOORS - Front porch seating for morning coffee

We loved staying right in town, walkable to restaurants and shops. The cottage was clean and well-stocked with plenty of towels, etc. Everything was as expected from the photos and description. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay at Kobza Haus again!

My friend and I stayed here for a weekend to catch up and decompress. The cottage was exactly as described and was perfect for our needs. The air conditioning worked well, even though it was the peak of our record hot summer, and we felt like it was a great, private space. It was walkable to places around town--just what we needed!

We had a lovely quick girls trip at this cute little cottage! My last trip before my baby comes. It was very relaxing, comfy beds and clean bathroom. We enjoyed walking around town and being so close to everything! Will recommend to friends!

Great location to walk to many shops, coffee, and eateries. Beds were super comfortable and place was very clean and spacious hostess was accessible for our stay. Everyone in the town is very friendly. Will definitely return.

Kobze House Cottage was the perfect “home base” for our shopping trip to Round Top! The location was in the center of it ALL! Walking distance to restaurants, shops and live music. The cottage was just darling and had everything we needed to make our trip both comfortable and convenient! Lindsey was a great host, easy to contact and so kind! Hostie does it RIGHT!

Four of us stayed in the cottage for a girls weekend. Upon arrival we were greeted with a cool (thanks for turning the A/C on in advance) room with a nice sign, card and a topo chico bottle with fresh flowers. Although it is small, it had everything we needed including a lighter for the candles and a wine opener. In addition to the beds there is a minifridge, a table, and a small closet. It would be great if they added a few hooks in the main area to hang bags or clothes, and one larger trashcan, but otherwise this place has all that you need in a small package and with a lot of charm! We enjoyed sitting outside in the morning and evenings and loved being able to walk to dinner and breakfast. The main house looks amazing and we might choose that one next time, but this is a great spot for a weekend trip to Round Top!

We stayed here one night to celebrate my niece’s 16th bday. Round Top is a great meeting point between Houston and Austin. The cottage is right in the heart of Round Top. You can walk to the shops and restaurants. We enjoyed a great dinner at Lulus and breakfast at Royers cafe. The place was clean, bed was comfortable with nice sheets and it was decorated so cute. I would stay here again.

A girlfriend and I spent several days at this charming cottage which is so close to the best of restaurants and shopping. It was nicely decorated and exceptionally clean. The property manager was helpful and instantly available to respond to questions or offer help. The entire property inside and out was terrific. We were so glad to find this place and will be back!
