About this house rental
We occupy the adjoining house and look forward to welcoming you. The accommodation is classified 5*
You will benefit from:
Independent access with parking for two cars on the property. exclusive use of the garden, swimming pool and dining area with plancha.
The different areas are ideal for convivial exchanges.
The property is enclosed and protected, ensuring comfort and security.

First floor:
- kitchen opening onto a large living-dining room, TV area with WIFI FIBRE.
- bathroom with shower, separate toilet.
two large bay windows giving direct access to the south-facing pool.
- laundry room (washing machine, drying rack, iron, ironing board).
- Air conditioning.
Second floor:
- bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm).
- bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm).
- bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), which can be combined to create a double bed (180cm).
Each bedroom has air conditioning.
The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Private outdoor space:
- Swimming pool 10m x 5m , NOT HEATED, with a depth of 0.80 to 1.80 meters, equipped with an alarm.
This property includes an unsupervised swimming pool.
By confirming the booking, guests acknowledge the inherent risks associated with its use and agree to strictly comply with all safety instructions.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Safety devices are provided as an aid only and do not replace active supervision.
Guests are responsible for ensuring safe use of the pool throughout their stay.

- Garden furniture (deckchairs, armchairs, tables, chairs, parasol).
The garden and swimming pool are regularly maintained by a gardener and swimming pool specialist.
The pool is not heated.
- Linen is provided and included for all stays of 6 nights or more. This includes bed sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, large towels, small towels, tea towels and bath mats.
For stays of less than 6 nights, a linen fee of €15 per person is payable on site.
All linen is laundered in our own laundry and is made of high-quality cotton with a satin edging.
The linen package includes bed sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bath sheets, towels, tea towels and bath mats. Kitchen linen.
Beds will be made up ready for your arrival.
Pool towels are not included but are available for €7 each.
The House is 900 meters from Mornac sur Seudre, a village where you can meet many craftsmen and admire their skills.
It's a relaxing, car-free place, with a small port, restaurants, cafés and charming little streets.
The village has a post office, tourist office, bakery and grocery store.
You can take a guided boat trip on the Seudre, departing from Mornac sur Seudre.
Kayaks and paddles are also available for hire from the port of Mornac sur Seudre, for a trip along the banks of the Seudre.
Oyster beds line the village.
In July and August, Mornac sur Seudre offers a wide range of entertainment, with a night-time traders' market and fireworks display.
Concerts are held at the shared gardens during the summer months.
Mornac sur Seudre is close to wild pine-fringed beaches, La Palmyre zoo, Ile de Ré, Ile d'Oléron and Ile d'Aix.
10 km from Royan.
30 km from Saintes.
60 km from La Rochelle.
Further south, you can cross the Gironde estuary and follow the wine route.

A great house and the owners have thought of everything and more. A great, and very useful, welcome pack was there for us on arrival (tea, coffee, jam, local honey and lots more) but also plenty of dishwasher tablets, loo roll etc as well as mosi spray and plug ins. All so thoughtful. Kitchen is very compact but still has everything you need. Pool is a great size. Plenty of room for a family of 5. The area is lovely too. Mornac sur Seudre is an easy walk of 10 minutes and loads to do within a 20 minute drive. The owners live next door but we barely saw them. A great house that I would highly recommend.
