Nestled along the rugged shores of the Atlantic Ocean, it’s a destination that captivates visitors from all over with its scenic landscapes, historic sites, and welcoming community. You’ll find some of the most stunning beaches in all of New England here including the famous Long Sands Beach, and you’ll have the added benefit of being less than a 5-minute walk away when you book your stay at Long Sands Sunrise. This charismatic 3-bedroom cottage will be your escape from the stressors of daily life, offering picturesque surroundings and ample opportunity for outdoor exploration. The expansive backyard will be your private oasis for enjoying a delicious picnic lunch, relaxing with a good book, or even rinsing off after a day spent on the sand. To maximize your beach days, the home conveniently includes a wagon for helping you get all your gear to and from the home. On pleasant days, step outside to gather around the solo stove, where you can toast marshmallows and share stories. The home’s bright and airy open concept interior blends living and dining together to create spaces ideal for both connectivity and relaxation. Curl up on plush living room sofas while you gather the group for a movie night – just don’t forget the popcorn! The dining room table can seat 4 for all your meals or play host to a spontaneous game night. The fully equipped kitchen offers all major appliances, ample counterspace, and abundant cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware for all your culinary endeavors. This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms. Bedroom #1 includes a full size bed. Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin size beds. Bedroom #3 includes a full size bed. The home’s full guest bathroom includes a single vanity and walk-in shower. THINGS TO NOTE: • This home does not include laundry facilities, but a laundromat is located at 127 Long Sands Road, less than a 4 minute drive away. • Parking available for up to 4 vehicles. • Home available for summer rentals only – the home does not include heat. • Please note that this rental is adjacent to another property, which is a private residence occupied part-time by the homeowner. York is a popular tourist destination known for its beautiful beaches, historic sites, and quaint shops and restaurants. The beaches are some of the best in Maine, and there are a number of historic sites worth visiting. York is also home to a number of quaint shops and restaurants. The York Village Square is a great place to browse for souvenirs or enjoy a meal at one of the many outdoor cafes. No matter what your interests are, you're sure to find something to enjoy in York!
